An Indonesian citizen, Purnama Wirya currently holds the position of Corporate Secretary, effective as of May 29, 2024, and also serves concurrently as Group Head of Legal. He joined the Company in 2016, bringing with him extensive experience in the legal field. 

Prior to joining the Company, he worked as a legal consultant in several prominent law firms and held the role of legal counsel at the Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency. He also served as a member of the Audit Committee at Bank Woori Indonesia. 

He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Indonesia in 1997.
