As a provider of ground handling services, PT Jasa Angkasa Semesta Tbk (JAS) has once again been trusted by Saudia Airlines to support the smooth operation of its flights at Ngurah Rai Airport, Bali. JAS provides comprehensive services, including passenger and baggage handling, cargo services, and security.

The successful launch of this new Saudia route is a clear testament to our dedication to providing high-quality ground handling services. We are optimistic that we can continue to strengthen our partnership with Saudia and support their growth in Indonesia.”

In addition to ground services, Saudia Airlines has also entrusted PT JAS Aero Engineering Services (JAE) with the technical and safety aspects of its fleet as its Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) partner. After previously supporting Saudia Airlines’ operations in Jakarta and Medan, JAE is now present in Denpasar to ensure the technical readiness of the aircraft through the support of its technicians and technical ramp handling services.

Iman Sinambela, President Director of PT JAS Aero Engineering Services, said, “We are pleased to once again support Saudia Airlines in its flight operations in Indonesia, this time in Denpasar. With the expertise, experience, and trust we have built with the airline, we are ready to ensure that every aircraft we serve is in its best condition before resuming operations. We are committed to continuing to provide reliable technical services that comply with international quality and safety standards.”

The opening of the Jeddah – Denpasar route via Singapore is a strategic step to expand connectivity between Saudi Arabia and Indonesia, particularly Bali, as a leading global tourist destination. The inclusion of Bali in Saudia Airlines’ international route network—which now serves over 100 global destinations—is expected to boost foreign tourist arrivals and strengthen bilateral relations between the two countries.

Through the synergy of ground and technical services provided by its subsidiaries, PT Cardig Aero Services Tbk, as part of the EMTEK Group, demonstrates its commitment to supporting the advancement of the national and international aviation industry. This collaboration reflects the world’s trust in the capabilities of Indonesia’s aviation services and serves as a strong foundation for the future development of other international flight routes.
