Denpasar, 20 March 2025 – PT Jasa Angkasa Semesta (PT JAS) proudly supported the inaugural flight of TransNusa Airlines connecting Denpasar (DPS) – Perth (PER). Operated using an Airbus A320 aircraft, this flight marks TransNusa’s expansion into its latest international route.
As TransNusa’s official ground handling partner, PT JAS played a critical role in ensuring seamless flight operations, including passenger handling, check-in, passenger service, baggage, and aircraft operational support at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport. The inaugural event held at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport was attended by key stakeholders including Bayu Sutanto (President Director of TransNusa), Leo Budiman (Director of TransNusa), Ahmad Syaugi Shahab (General Manager of I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport), Rosi Dani (Representative of the Airport Authority), and Marianne Ludwina (CFO of PT Jasa Angkasa Semesta). The celebration featured a cake-cutting and ribbon-cutting ceremony to commemorate this important milestone for TransNusa. PT JAS actively contributed to the success of the event by ensuring smooth ground handling operations throughout.
The Bali–Perth route currently operates three times a week (Monday, Thursday, and Saturday). Starting 12 April 2025, the frequency will increase to four times weekly (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday), and by 1 June 2025, daily flights will be available, offering passengers greater flexibility in planning their travels.
